Gift in Return (Front- Handshake)

1. An attacker at 12 o'clock grabs your right hand with their right hand.

2. Step your left to 11 o'clock, just to the outside of your attacker's right leg, into a left neutral bow facing 12 o'clock, as you place your left hand on top of your right hand as you assist by thrusting both hands into your attacker's groin. Note: Your right hand will actually curl into a half-fist to your attacker's groin, your left a punch to your attacker's groin, or bladder. Your body will be pressing against your attacker's body in order to check off action.

3. Shift your left hand around behind your attacker's right leg and grab your attacker's right hand as your right foot steps to 10:30 into a left neutral bow facing 4:30. Immediately pull with your left hand as you push against your attacker's right hip. Note: This is all done to put some uncomfortable pressure on your attacker's testicles, cancel out their height zones, and cancel any ability to kick without falling.

4. Execute a right step-through knife-edge kick to the back of your attacker's left knee as you release your grab on their hand.

5. Plant your right foot between your attacker's legs and execute a left knee strike to your attacker's tail bone.

6. With your left foot in the air, execute a left knife-edge kick to the back of your attacker's right knee.

7. Step into a left front crossover to 10:30 and pivot clockwise. Execute a right spinning lifting rear kick to your attacker's groin.

8. Gauge as you plant your right foot to 4:30. Without hesitation, step your left foot to 4:30 into a left rear crossover as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's left kidney. (Using marriage of gravity here.)

9. Pivot counterclockwise into a left neutral bow as you execute a left backfist to your attacker's right kidney. Follow through and without disrupting your movement, step your right foot to 4:30 as you drop into a right wide kneel and execute a right inward overhead hammerfist to your attacker's right kidney.

10. Step into a right front crossover and cross out.

Bow of Compulsion (Front- Wrist Lock; Against Attacker's Chest)

1. An attacker at 12 o'clock pins your right hand against their chest.

3. With your left hand still in a diagonal guard position, sink into a right wide kneel stance as you rake down your attacker's body through your attacker's groin.

4. Immediately reverse your motion and execute a right reverse handsword to your attacker's groin.

5. Sink into a right wide kneel as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's left knee.

6. Following a figure-8 pattern, execute a right punch to your attacker's right knee.

7. Rise from your right wide kneel into a right neutral bow as you execute a right outward raking backfist (which looks like a vertical outward block) to your attacker's nose while your left hand positionally checks at your waist level.

8. Pivot into a right forward bow as you execute a left palm strike to your attacker's solar plexus as your right hand cocks as face level.

9. Pivot back into a right neutral bow as you execute a right inward raking backfist to the left side of your attacker's face.

10. Without disrupting the flow of motion, execute a left outward two-finger eye hook followed by a right inward elbow to the left side of your attacker's jaw simultaneously with a left palm strike to give a sandwiching effect.

11. As your right elbow passes through your attacker's jaw, execute a right outward elbow to the right side of your attacker's jaw.

12. As your right outward elbow passes through your attacker's face, execute a right outward claw to your attacker's face followed by a left inward claw to your attacker's face. Follow this with a right downward diagonal claw to your attacker's face.

13. Execute a right front scoop kick to your attacker's groin. Plant back into a right neutral bow as you execute a right downward palm strike to your attacker's solar plexus.

14. Step back into a right front crossover and cross out to 7:30.

1. An attacker from 12 o'clock comes at you with a right overhead club swing.

2. Step your left to 10:30 into a left neutral bow facing 12 o'clock as you execute an upward x-block (right over left) to your attacker's right wrist at a level above your head (to not get hit by the club) as well as off to your right shoulder. Note: This is all to stop the attack as well as get out of the Line of Attack.

3. Grab your attacker's right wrist with your right hand as your left foot steps toward 1:30 (stepping around your attacker's right leg if necessary) into a left neutral bow facing 1:30. Simultaneous with this step, execute a left forearm strike to your attacker's elbow. Note: This strike will start vertically and end rolling horizontally across the joint to bend them over.

4. As your attacker's head snaps forward from the strike, execute a right knee strike to your attacker's head.

5. Plant your right foot back into a left neutral bow facing 1:30. As you do so, grab your attacker's club at the free end to disarm. Execute a right upward strike to your attacker's face.

6. Step your left foot back to 7:30 as you circle your club counterclockwise and execute a right downward strike to the back of your attacker's right elbow. Follow through with this motion.

7. Step your right foot to 9 o'clock into a right front crossover as you simultaneously circle your right club clockwise and execute a right inward downward club strike to the front of your attacker's right knee.

8. Step your left foot to 10:30 into a left neutral bow stance and instantly pivot clockwise into a right neutral bow as you execute a right outward downward club strike to the back of your attacker's right knee.

9. Push drag to 4:30 as you execute a right underhand club strike to the your attacker's groin (from the rear; the strike executed with wrist snap.)

10. Step your right foot to 10:30 into a right front crossover as you execute a right outward downward club strike to the back of your attacker's head.

11. Continue to cross out towards 10:30.

3. Unwind into a right neutral bow facing 12 o'clock as you execute a right upward forearm strike to your attacker's elbow joints. Note: Realistically, this technique will probably not break their arms, just hyper-extend if you are lucky. This is why we follow up by stepping off.

4. Step your left foot to 4:30 as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's floating ribs. Continue this circular motion.

5. Unwind into a right neutral bow facing 10:30 as you execute a downward forearm strike across your arms.

1. An attacker at 12 o'clock comes at you with a right step-through punch.

2. Step your left foot to 10:30 into a left neutral bow as you execute a left inward block to your attacker's right arm. Note: Your right arm is at your side.

3. Shift into a left forward bow as you execute a right upward inward ridge hand (reverse handsword) to your attacker's throat. Note: You cannot simply hook this strike in. It is more likely to be blocked. If you shoot it up and in, then it is more powerful and more likely to strike.

4. As you step your right foot to 1:30 behind your attacker's right leg into a horse stance, clasp your left hand around your right forearm and scissor them together to cut off your attacker's circulation.

5. Step your left foot to 3 o'clock into a rear crossover still facing 12 o'clock.

6. As you unwind into a left neutral bow facing 3 o'clock, utilize the pent-up torque and drop your attacker on their back. Note: Maintain control of your attacker's right arm.

7. Sink into a left close kneel, striking your attacker's ribs with your right knee, execute a right vertical punch to your attacker's face. Note: This knee strike should cause their head to come towards you.

8. From point of contact, have your right hand grab your attacker's right shoulder as your left hand assists in getting your attacker to lie face down.

9. Raise up into a left neutral bow and pivot clockwise as you plant your right foot to the right of your attacker's body facing 10:30. Drop into a right close kneel as you drop your left knee onto your attacker's left kidney.

10. Raise up into a right neutral bow and plant your left foot between your attacker's legs to 12 o'clock (while facing 6 o'clock). [Gauge your left leg to obtain distance.] Pivot counterclockwise as you execute a right downward looping round kick to the back of your attacker's groin.

11. Plant your right foot between your attacker's legs and pivot clockwise to 6 o'clock while your left foot steps to 4:30 to be alongside your attacker's left hip. Drop into a left close kneel driving your right knee down onto your attacker's lower spine. Simultaneous with the drop, execute a right palm strike to the back of your attacker's head.

12. Bounce up from your right knee strike with your left foot still in place. Spin clockwise as you execute a right stiff-leg sweep kick into your attacker's head.

13. Step into a right front crossover and cross out towards 1:30.

Spiraling Twig (Rear- Bear Hug; Arms Free)

1. An attacker at 6 o'clock grabs you in a bear hug, yet leaves your arms free.

2. Step your right foot to 3 o'clock into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock as you execute simultaneous middle knuckle strikes directly down onto your attacker's hands. Note: If the strikes hit, they should release their grab. If not, execute the elbows from Crashing Wings. Flow into that or keep moving with this technique.

3. Grab your attacker's right wrist with both of your hands. As you do so, lock your arms tight against your body to prevent any action from your attacker.

4. Step your left foot to 1:30 into a front crossover. Immediately spiral to 1:30 with your right foot. You should land in a left neutral bow facing 7:30.

5. As you spiral into this left neutral bow, your hands maintain their position in front of you. As you turn into the left neutral bow, your right elbow should utilize rotational force and turn them over so your attacker is doubled over in front of you.

6. Execute a right rising front kick to your attacker's solar plexus. Note: Your right will release the grab (your left will maintain this) as you cock it behind you at your right hip.

7. Land in a right neutral bow as you execute a right rising back knuckle to your attacker's face.

8. Step into a left rear to 9 o'clock as you simultaneously execute a right outward raking hammerfist to the right side of your attacker's face (moving from left to right and top to bottom.)

9. As you unwind counterclockwise execute a right inward upward palm claw to the left side of your attacker's face. As you continue to pivot execute a right heel hook to your attacker's face. With your right foot in the air (cocked) execute a right rear kick to your attacker's solar plexus.

10. Plant your right foot to 12 o'clock gauging distance as you execute a left spinning rear kick to your attacker.

11. Land in a left front crossover and cross out to 12 o'clock.

Cross of Destruction (Rear- Two-Hand Choke)

1. An attacker at 6 o'clock grabs your neck with both hands.

2. Step your left foot to 9 o'clock into a horse stance as you directly grab both of your attacker's hands with both of your hands (right to right and left to left). Note: To protect from a choke, tuck your chin in to your chest.

3. Step your right foot behind your left to 7:30 into a left neutral bow facing 1:30 as you have your left hand cross your attacker's left arm over their right arm. [During this, your left arm pushes and your right arm pulls, making your attacker's right leg stumble forward.]

4. Execute a right front snap kick to the inside of your attacker's right knee.

5. Land in a right neutral bow facing 1:30 as you push out on your right to cause your attacker's left arm to break against their own right arm. Note: In the air, this resembles a vertical back knuckle strike.

6. Slide your left foot slightly to 6 o'clock and slide your right foot to 7:30 into a right reverse bow to buckle out the inside of your attacker's left knee. As you step, simultaneously circle your right hand counterclockwise. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's ribs. As you settle into stance, execute a right inverted backfist to the back of your attacker's jaw.

7. Execute a right round kick to the inside of your attacker's right knee to buckle out your attacker's leg. Land to 10:30 into a right front crossover (or a left rear twist stance when regarding your attacker). Simultaneous with this stance, continue to circle your right hand counterclockwise and execute a right downward hammerfist to your attacker's face.

8. Unwind counterclockwise as you execute a left rear scoop kick to your attacker's groin.

9. From the scoop kick, land in a left front crossover and cross out to 10:30.

Flight to Freedom (Rear- Hammerlock)

1. An attacker at 6 o'clock locks your right arm behind you; they have their left arm on your shoulder.

2. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as you countergrab your attacker's wrist grab and execute a left outward elbow that is subsequently blocked. What now?

3. Without hesitation, step your left foot to 1:30 into a right reverse cat stance as you straighten your right arm and completely counter-grab your attacker's arm.

4. Execute a right rear kick to your attacker's ribs.

5. Land in a right neutral bow facing 7 o'clock as you pivot your entire body clockwise and twist your attacker's arm clockwise in a tight circle. Note: The torque of the rotations should bend your attacker over. Also, your left hand should become a positional check.

6. Execute a left front kick to your attacker's left inner knee to buckle their knee.

7. Plant your left foot to 10:30. Simultaneous with this plant, utilize marriage of gravity as you execute a left hammering palm strike to your attacker's right elbow joint.

8. Pivot clockwise into a right neutral bow facing 4:30 as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's right kidney. Without a loss of momentum, execute a left knee kick to your attacker's stomach.

9. Plant your left foot and immediately execute a right knee kick to your attacker's chest.

10. With your right foot cocked, execute a right side kick to 7:30 to the inside of your attacker's left knee.

11. Land in a right front crossover and cross out to 1:30.
