Legions of Ming (Front- Right Kick followed by a Right Punch)

1. Step back with your left foot to 6:30 as you execute a right downward block to the outside of your attacker's right kick as you pivot counterclockwise into a reverse bow with your left fist cocked above your head.

2. Pivot clockwise into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch. (Chamber your right hand).

3. Shuffle forward as you execute a right inward elbow through your attacker's ribs. (Left and covers).

4. Pivot your body 225 degrees to 4:30 as you execute a right clockwise backfist through your attacker's right kidney.

5. Pivot back 180 counterclockwise to 12 o'clock as you execute a right counterclockwise ridge hand to your attacker's throat.


Fish Hook - (Front- Right/Left Punch Combination)

1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch. (Left hand covers).

2. Execute a right forearm strike counterclockwise to the outside of your attacker's left punch.

3. Have your right hand continue in a counterclockwise motion to strike with a corkscrew punch to your attacker's left temple.


The Sickle - (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right clockwise fan block up to your attacker's right punch.

2. Have the block continue into a right ridge hand to your attacker's groin as you pivot into a hard bow and your left hand checks your attacker's right arm.

3. Pivot clockwise into a horse stance facing 3 o'clock as you execute a left palm strike to your attacker's right ribs as you chamber your right hand as an eagle's beak.

4. Pivot counterclockwise into a hard bow facing 12 o'clock as you execute a right eagle's beak strike to your attacker's solar plexus.


The Dagger (AB) - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right inward block to the inside to your attacker's right punch. (Left hand covers).

(A)
2. Execute a right hand sword to the right side of your attacker's neck.

3. Shuffle forward as you drop into a horse stance and drive the point of your elbow down onto your attacker's solar plexus. (Left hand covers).

4. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

5. Execute a right clockwise backfist through the right side of your attacker's head.

6. Execute a left palm strike (thumb down) that rotates up to strike your attacker's face.

2. Shuffle forward as you strike up with a right palm strike to your attacker's face.

The Mantis - (Front- Left Step-Through Punch)

1. Pivot clockwise to 3 o'clock as your right foot draws back into a cat stance as you execute a right extended hand sword outward block with your left hand cocked by your attacker's chest.

2. Have your right hand grab your attacker's arm.

3. Have your right hand pull your attacker's arm past the right side of your attacker's body as you execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin simultaneous with a left claw to your attacker's face.

4. Have your right foot plant to 3 o'clock as your left hand smothers down your attacker's arms and you execute a right spear hand to your attacker's throat over your left arm.


Whirling Mantis - (Front- Left/Right Punch Combination)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you pivot counterclockwise to face 10:30 as you execute a right extended outward block to your attacker's first punch. (Your left hand cocks at the left side of your head).

2. Pivot clockwise to face 1:30 as you pull your right foot into a cat stance and execute a left inward block to your attacker's second punch. (A right eagle's beak cocks at your right shoulder).

3. Execute a right eagle's beak strike over your left block to your attacker's right temple with a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin.


Sticks of Satin (AB) - (Overhead Club)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a cross hand block to your attacker's club (right hand over left).

2. Have your right hand grab your attacker's right wrist (not the club).

3. Have your left hand grab your attacker's right wrist at the bottom of the swing as you step your right foot to 10:30 and continue the club swing clockwise high above your right shoulder.

(A)
3. Pivot clockwise to face 10:30.

4. Release your right hand's grab.

5. Have your right elbow strike the back of your attacker's ribs.

6. Have your right foot sweep clockwise 180 degrees to 4:30 as you sweep your attacker's right arm back clockwise.

7. Execute a right round kick to your attacker's body at 12 o'clock.

(B)
3. Pivot your body counterclockwise to face 7:30.

4. Have your left hand let go of your attacker's right arm.

5. Execute a right elbow to the back of your attacker's ribs.

6. Sweep your right foot back clockwise 270 degrees to 4:30 as you sweep your attacker's right arm back clockwise.

7. Execute a right round kick to your attacker's body at 12 o'clock.


Diving Hawk - (Right Hammerlock)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as your right hand countergrabs and you execute a left elbow to your attacker's face.

2. Step your left foot to 10:30.

3. Have your right foot sweep back 180 degrees and pivot clockwise to face 4:30 as you twist your attacker's body and arm over clockwise.

4. Execute a right kick followed by a left kick (chicken's kick) to your attacker's body.

5. As your left kick plants down to 4:30 (you are facing 7:30) and your right hand maintains control of your attacker's right wrist.

6. Have your left elbow strike down to your attacker's right elbow as you take your attacker down over your left knee.

7. Execute a left elbow to your attacker's temple.

8. Circle your left elbow clockwise down onto your attacker's spine.


Advancing Hammers - (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch with a right hammerfist cocked by your right thigh.

2. Shuffle forward as you execute a right reverse hammerfist to your attacker's groin. (Left hand cocked above left side of your head).

3. Drop into a left soft bow as you drop a left hammerfist onto your attacker's kidney.

4. Pivot into a right soft bow as you drop a right hammerfist onto the back of your attacker's neck.

5. Grab your attacker's shoulders with both hands.

6. Sweep your left foot 180 degrees counterclockwise to 6 o'clock (facing 12 o'clock) as you twist your attacker over and drop your attacker down onto your attacker's right knee.

7. Have both hands grab your attacker's head and twist counterclockwise.

8. Execute a right chop down onto the bridge of your attacker's nose.

9. Step your right foot back to 6 o'clock as you drop both hammerfists down onto your attacker's shoulders and drive your attacker to the ground on his back.

10. Execute left and right claws down to strike your attacker's face.


Sweeping Arm Hook - (Front- Two Hand Push)

1. Step your left foot back and shuffle to 6 o'clock as you pull your right foot back into a cat stance facing 12 o'clock and your hand circles inside your attacker's arms to sweep them past your body as you execute a right snap kick to your attacker's groin.

2. Land forward as you execute a right elbow up to your attacker's chin.

3. Execute a right claw down onto your attacker's face.


Snapping Twig - (Left Grab to Right Shoulder)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as you execute a left palm strike to the inside of your attacker's left wrist simultaneous with a right palm strike to the outside of your attacker's left elbow.

2. Have your right wrist circle counterclockwise over your attacker's right wrist.

3. Shuffle to 12 o'clock as you execute a right backfist circling counterclockwise through your attacker's nose.

4. Shuffle to 12 o'clock as you execute a right elbow to your attacker's face.

5. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin while your left hand covers.


Breaking the Yoke - (Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you execute a left extended outward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch and grab your attacker's wrist. (Chamber your right hand).

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin. Land to 10:30 and turn your attacker over, face down to 1:30.

3. Execute a right tiger's mouth to your attacker's throat.

4. Duck your head under your attacker's arm.

5. Straighten up as your right hand maintains a hold on your attacker's throat. Have your left hand pull down on your attacker's right arm, breaking his elbow over your shoulder.


Prayer of Death - (Kneeling- Right Kick)

1. Execute a right X-block down to your attacker's kick and grab your attacker's foot.

2. Twist your attacker's leg clockwise as you turn your attacker over, face down towards 1:30.

3. Kick with the top of your left foot to your attacker's groin, planting forward to 1:30.

4. Execute double palm strikes down onto your attacker's spine.

5. Execute a right heel stomp down onto the base of your attacker's spine.


Raising the Shield - (Right Kick / Rick Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 6:30 as you execute a right downward block to the outside of your attacker's right kick as you pivot into a reverse bow and cock your left hand above your head.

2. As the punch comes in, pivot clockwise to horse stance facing 12 o'clock as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

3. Execute a right clockwise fan block to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

4. Have your right foot shuffle forward as your right arm continues its clockwise motion and execute a right elbow strike to your attacker's ribs. (Left hand covers).

2. Pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise to face 3 o'clock as you hook your left hand over the outside of your attacker's left elbow.

3. Using both hands in a clockwise motion, drive the knife down into your attacker's right thigh.

3. Execute a left hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

(A)
4. Grab your attacker's right wrist with both hands and pull your attacker down over your right shoulder to break.

(B)
4. Grab your attacker's wrist with your left hand and pull down while striking up with your right arm to break your attacker's elbow.


Parting the Reeds - (Front- Two Hand Push)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you drive a wedge block to the inside of your attacker's pushing arms.

2. Grab the inside of your attacker's right wrist with your left hand as you grab to the inside of your attacker's left wrist with your right hand.

3. Execute a right snap kick to your attacker's groin and land forward to 10:30 (outside your attacker's right leg).

4. Pivot counterclockwise so you face 7:30 as you cross your attacker's arms above your head. Pull down on both hands and throw your attacker over your right shoulder and hip.
