Hidden Fist (AB) - (Flank- Left Grab to Right Shoulder)

1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's left hand as your right foot steps back to 5:30 and your right arm circles counterclockwise over the top of your attacker's left arm.

2. Have your right foot step to 12 o'clock as your right arm circles clockwise under your attacker's left elbow to lock and break it.

(A)
3. Execute a right backfist that rotates counterclockwise through the back of your attacker's head.

4. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat as you simultaneously execute a left standing fist to your attacker's ribs.

(B)
3. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a right backfist that rotates counterclockwise through the back of your attacker's head.

4. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat as you simultaneously execute a left standing fist to your attacker's ribs.


Rocker - (Front- Right Cross Hand Push)

1. Step your left foot to 11:30 as your right wrist pins your attacker's right arm from the inside and your left forearm strikes to the outside of your attacker's right elbow.

2. Have your right hand grab your left hand.

3. Step your left foot around your attacker's right foot to 1:30 as you take your attacker down over your left knee.

4. Have your right arm hold your attacker's arm trapped as you execute a left elbow to your attackers temple.

5. Execute a left elbow strike down onto your attacker's spine.


Circling the Sun (ABCD) - (Left/Right Punch Combination)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as your right foot draws back into a cat stance and your right hand circles counterclockwise over your attacker's left punch.

2. Have your right hand circle counterclockwise over your attacker's right punch from the inside.

(A)
3. Step your right foot out to 12 o'clock and shuffle forward as you execute a right one-finger strike to your attacker's eyes.

(B)
3. Step your right foot out to 12 o'clock and shuffle forward as you execute a right standing fist to your attacker's face.

(C)
3. Step your right foot out to 12 o'clock and shuffle forward as you execute a right punch that strikes counterclockwise to your attacker's left temple.

(D)
3. Step your right foot out to 12 o'clock and shuffle forward as you execute a right ridgehand to your attacker's left temple.


Leveling the Clouds - (Front- Left Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 1 o'clock as you execute a left deflecting block to the outside of your attacker's left punch.

2. Have your left hand grab your attacker's wrist from the outside of the arm as you pivot counterclockwise into a hard bow facing 7:30 and execute a right counterclockwise claw through your attacker's face.

3. Pivot clockwise into a hard bow facing 1:30 as you execute a right backfist through your attacker's face.

4. Pivot counterclockwise again into a hard bow facing 7:30 as you execute a right palm strike through your attacker's left elbow.


Plucking a Bird From the Sky - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Crescent step your right foot to 11 o'clock around your attacker's right leg as you execute a butterfly strike to your attacker's right ribs.

3. Have both of your hands grab your attacker's shoulders from behind.

4. Shift your left foot 12 inches counterclockwise to 7:30 and pivot your entire body 180 degrees to face 7:30 as you throw your attacker's to the ground, face down, their head facing 7:30.

5. Execute a right kick high into the air to 7:30 raking your attacker's left ribs and kicking the left arm if your attacker is trying to get up.

6. Drop a right knee down onto your attacker's spine as you execute a right punch or a double palm strike to the back of your attacker's head.


Sleeves of China - (Right Flank- Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 2:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch. Pivot clockwise to face 3 o'clock as you execute a right eagle's beak rake counterclockwise through your attacker's right ribs.

2. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's right ribs.

3. Shuffle forward into your attacker as you execute a left finger strike to your attacker's eyes with a right ridgehand to your attacker's groin.


Monkey's Elbow (AB) - (Right Flank- Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 2:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch. Pivot clockwise 90 degrees to face 3 o'clock.

2. Execute a right vertical outward block to the outside of your attacker's right arm as your left hand covers.

3. Shuffle forward to 3 o'clock as you execute a right inward elbow to your attacker's right ribs.

(A)
4. Have your right hand hook clockwise over to your attacker's right arm pulling it down.

5. Execute a right palm strike to your attacker's face.

(B)
4. Have your right hand hook clockwise over your attacker's right arm pulling it down as you execute a left palm strike to your attacker's face.

5. Execute a right palm strike to your attacker's face as you cover with your left hand.


Striking Asp (ABC) - (Front- Two Hand Grab; Pulling In)

1. Have your left hand pin both of your attacker's hands as you step your right foot to 12 o'clock as execute a right inverted eagle's beak strike to your attacker's solar plexus.

(A)
2. Have your right arm circle counterclockwise to cock at your right ear.

3. Execute a right backfist rake through your attacker's nose.

4. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat.

(B)
2. Have your left arm force down hard on both of your attacker's arms as you drop into a hard bow pivoting clockwise to 1:30 and your right hand cocks at the right side of your head.

3. Pivot counterclockwise into a horse stance as you execute a right hand sword to the left side of your attacker's neck and collarbone.

(C)
1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's hands as you step your right foot to 12 o'clock and execute a right ridge hand to your attacker's groin.

Follow up with the A or B variation.


Shooting Star - (Front- Hand Shake)

1. Have your left foot hop to 10:30 as your left hand slaps your attacker's left hand high counterclockwise and you cock your right foot by your left knee.

2. Execute a right side thrust kick to your attacker's right knee driving the knee to the ground.

3. With your right hand continuing its counterclockwise circle, have it wrap your attacker's right arm around his neck.

4. Execute a left palm strike to your attacker's head as you pull your right hand free.

5. Execute a right side punch to your attacker's head.

6. Execute a right round kick to your attacker's head.


Pushing the Circle (ABC) - (Front- Left Direct Wrist Grab)

1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock (inside attacker's left leg) as your right hand forces your attacker's left hand down to his hip. (Left hand covers).

(A)
2. Have your right arm circle counterclockwise to break away from your attacker's grip as you pivot counterclockwise to face 7:30.

3. Shift your body back so you are facing 12 o'clock as you execute a left finger strike to your attacker's eyes with a right outward elbow strike to your attacker's ribs.

(B)- If you cannot complete the circle
2. Pull out against your attacker's left thumb.

3. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat if his arm is low.

(C)- If you cannot complete the circle
2. Pull out against your attacker's left thumb.

3. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin if his arm is high.


Circles of Glass - (Right/Left Punch Combination)

1. Step your left foot back to 6:30 as you execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch as you cover with your left hand.

2. Shift your left foot back counterclockwise to 4:30 to face 10:30 as your right arm circles counterclockwise to smother over your attacker's left punch.

3. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat.

4. Execute a right clockwise backfist as your left foot steps to 12 o'clock.

5. Execute a right inward elbow to your attacker's head with a left palm strike to create a sandwich.

6. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.


Japanese Hands - (Front- Right Hand Cross Push)

1. Step your left foot back to 6:30 as your left hand grabs your attacker's right hand.

2. Pivot your body 135 degrees counterclockwise to face 7 o'clock as you grab your attacker's wrist with both of your hands and lock your attacker's joints.

3. Throw your attacker onto his back (head facing 7:30).

4. Execute a right round kick down onto your attacker's body.


Waterwheel (AB) - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch and traps it.

2. Crescent step your right foot to 12 o'clock around your attacker's right leg and you execute a right standing fist to your attacker's right temple to 1:30 over your attacker's left arm.

3. From your attacker's temple, execute a right hand sword to the right side of your attacker's neck.

(A)
4. Slide your right hand down and pin your attacker's arm.

5. Step your left foot to 1:30 behind your attacker.

6. Execute a left palm strike between your attacker's shoulder blades.

7. Have your left hand grab the right side of your attacker's head and twist counterclockwise.

8. Brace the right side of your attacker's head with your left hand and execute a right standing fist to the left side of your attacker's head.

(B)
4. Slide your right hand down and pin your attacker's right arm as you execute a left standing fist to your attacker's right temple.


Tumbling Clouds (ABC) - (Front- Knife)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you circle your right arm counterclockwise and parry with the back of your attacker's hand to the outside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Pivot your body 90 degrees clockwise to face 3 o'clock as you execute a left palm strike to the outside of your attacker's right elbow.

(A)
3. Have your right arm continue its counterclockwise movement and execute a right hand sword down onto the radial nerve of your attacker's right arm.

4. Execute a right finger strike to your attacker's eyes.

(B)- Long Form 6
3. Have your right arm continue its counterclockwise movement and execute a right hand sword down onto the radial nerve of your attacker's right arm.

4. Execute a right inverted hand sword up to the bridge of your attacker's nose.

(C)
3. Have your right arm continue its counterclockwise movement and execute a right palm strike down to your attacker's radial nerve.

4. Have your right hand continue forward as a finger strike to your attacker's eyes.


Rising Kick - (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a windmill block to the outside of your attacker's right arm. Have your right hand grab your attacker's right wrist.

2. Execute a right straight leg kick up through your attacker's right ribs up to your attacker's armpit.

3. Pivot counterclockwise to face 10:30 as you execute a right side thrust kick to your attacker's right knee.


Crane Kick - (Right of Left Punch; Left Leg Forward)

1. Have your left foot hop to 10:30 as you simultaneously execute a left inward parry to your attacker's punch with a right snap kick to the inside of your attacker's left knee.

2. Execute a right snap kick to the inside of your attacker's right knee.

3. Execute a right snap kick to your attacker's groin.


Sweeping Serpent - (Right Kick followed by a Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a right downward block to the outside of your attacker's right kick. (Have your left hand cover.)

2. Adjust your left foot to 11 o'clock as you pivot your body 90 degrees counterclockwise to to face 1:30 as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

3. Execute a right inward elbow strike to your attacker's right ribs.

4. Execute a right thrust kick to the behind your attacker's knee to drive them to the ground.

5. Execute a right backfist clockwise through the back of your attacker's head.

6. Execute a left claw that strikes to the back of your attacker's head and twists clockwise across your attacker's face.


Covering the Flame (AB) - (Front- Gun)

(A)- Hands down
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right outward parry to the outside of your attacker's right hand. Pivot clockwise to face 3 o'clock as your left hand grabs the outside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Step your right foot to 10:30 behind your attacker's right leg as you execute a right forearm strike to your attacker's right wrist.

3. Have your left hand maintain its grip as you pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise to face 6 o'clock as you take your attacker down across your right bow, to the right side of your body.

4. Execute a right heel stomp to your attacker's right biceps.

5. Execute a right stomp down onto your attacker's sternum.

6. Execute a right stomp down onto your attacker's left biceps as you execute a right claw to your attacker's eyes.

(B)- Hands high
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right downward parry to the back of your attacker's right hand and pivot clockwise to face 3 o'clock as your left hand grabs your attacker's gun and right wrist.

The rest is the same as the above variation.


Cobra and Mongoose - (Front- Knife)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you execute a left hand sword down onto your attacker's right radial nerve while your right hand cocks to the right side of your head.

2. Execute a right hand sword down to your attacker's radial nerve as your left hand cocks by your right ear.

3. Execute a left hand sword to your attacker's throat.

4. Shuffle forward as your left arm pushes your attacker's right elbow counterclockwise.

5. Execute a left elbow strike to your attacker's ribs as you execute a right claw to your attacker's eyes.


Chinese Junk - (Two Man- Front Punch; Rear Attacker)

1. Execute a left inward block to your attacker's punch as you simultaneously execute a right front kick to your front attacker's groin with a right hammerfist back to your rear attacker's groin.

2. Lean forward as you execute a right palm strike to your front attacker's face with a right rear kick to your rear attacker's body.


Dance of the Mongoose - (Front- Right Round Club; followed by Backhand Club)

1. Step your left to 6 o'clock and pivot counterclockwise to face 9 o'clock to avoid the first horizontal swing as your hands cock to the left side of your head.

2. As the second strike comes in, step your left foot to 12 o'clock and pivot your body 180 degrees clockwise to face 3 o'clock as you have both hand swords strike the outside of your attacker's arm as he comes back with the club swing.

3. Have your right hand grab your attacker's right wrist.

4. Step your right foot to 10:30 so you face 7:30 as your left hand puts pressure on your attacker's right elbow and your right hand pulls to force your attacker down over your left knee.

5. Execute a left elbow strike to your attacker's temple.

6. Execute a left elbow strike down onto your attacker's spine.


Offer of Dust - (Front- Club Thrust to Midsection)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you pivot clockwise so you are facing 3 o'clock as your right arm, straight down, pins your attacker's right wrist from the inside of his arm while your left arm, straight down, strikes to the outside of your attacker's right elbow.

2. Sweep back 135 degrees clockwise to 10:30 so you face 7:30 as you put pressure on your attacker's right to bend them over.

3. Execute a right knee to your attacker's chest with a right hammerfist to your attacker's spine. 


Ming's Sword - (Front- Knife)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you execute a left hand sword down onto your attacker's right radial nerve as your right hand cocks above the right side of your head.

2. Execute a right backfist down onto the top of your attacker's knife hand.

3. Have the back of your right open hand sweep the knife to the right side of your body as you execute a right snap kick to your attacker's groin.


Chinese Fan- (Front- Knife)

1. Step your left foot back to 4:30 into a right cat stance facing 10:30 as you execute a right eagle's beak rake counterclockwise to the inside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Have the back of your left hand parry to the inside of your attacker's right arm as you execute a right front kick to your attacker's groin.

3. Execute a right eagle's beak rake counterclockwise through your attacker's right biceps.

4. Execute a left outward parry to the inside of your attacker's right biceps.

5. Have your right foot plant to 11 o'clock as your hand checks inside your attacker's right arm and you execute a right vertical elbow to your attacker's chest.

6. Shuffle forward as your left hand claws your attacker's face and your right hand, as a claw, strikes and grabs your attacker's groin.

7. Execute a right elbow up to your attacker's chin and follow through clawing your attacker's face as you simultaneously execute a right front scoop kick and a left palm strike to your attacker's chest.

8. Pivot your body counterclockwise as you execute a right hand sword to your attacker's neck and a right thrust kick to your attacker's body.


Locking the Gate - (Front- Knife)

1. Shift your left foot counterclockwise to 4:30 facing 10:30 as you execute a right hand sword down onto your attacker's right radial nerve.

2. Shuffle forward to 10:30 as your left hand grabs your attacker's knife hand as you execute a right claw down to your attacker's groin.

3. Execute a right thumb strike to your attacker's eyes.


Waterfall - (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right deflection block to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

2. Have both of your hands sweep your attacker's right arm high in a full clockwise circle to end up high at 10:30.

3. Execute a right clockwise hand sword to the back of your attacker's neck.

4. Drop into a soft bow and pivot 180 degrees clockwise to face 6 o'clock as you execute a left hand sword to the back of your attacker's neck.

5. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise back into a horse stance facing 12 o'clock as you execute a right inverted hand sword up to the bridge of your attacker's nose. (Left hand covers).


Prance of the Tiger - (Left / Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you execute a left extended outward hand sword to the outside of your attacker's left punch while your right hand sword is cocked past the right side of your head.

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin as you execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch.

3. Set your right foot down to 12 o'clock as you execute a right cobra hand strike clockwise across your attacker's eyes with a left eagle's beak strike to your attacker's solar plexus.

4. Shuffle forward to 12 o'clock s you execute a right palm strike down through your attacker's chest to his groin. Grab your attacker's groin.

5. Pull on your attacker's groin.


Rake - (Right Punch)

1. Execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's punch as you execute a right front thrust kick to your attacker's groin. (Have your left hand cover).

2. Execute a right foot rake down through your attacker's groin as you plant forward to 12 o'clock and execute a right claw down your attacker's face.


Three Tongues of the Dragon - (Right Punch)

1. Have your left foot hop to 10:30 as you execute a left parry on top of your attacker's right arm as you execute a right dart to your attacker's eye with a right front kick to your attacker's groin.

2. Pivot counterclockwise to face 10:30 as you execute a right knife-edge kick to your attacker's right ribs.

3. Pivot counterclockwise to face 7:30 as you lean over and execute a right rear kick to your attacker's head.


Blocking the Sun (AB) - (Punches)

(A)- Left Punch
1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right rising block under your attacker's left punch.

2. Execute a left hand strike to your attacker's chest as you pivot into a hard bow stance. (Cock your right hand by your left ear).

3. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise into a hard bow facing 7:30 as you execute a right hand sword back to your attacker's throat at 1:30.

(B)- Left/Right Punch Combination
1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right rising block under your attacker's left punch.

2. As your attacker throws a right punch, drop into a hard bow facing 1:30 and execute a right smother block on top of your attacker's right punch and execute a left claw to your attacker's groin.

3. Pivot 135 degrees counterclockwise into a hard bow facing 7:30 as you execute a right hand sword back to 1:30.
