Turning the Handle- (Offensive Movement; or Left Punch)

1. With your right foot already back, execute a left back hand strike to your attacker's left arm or head.

2. Circle your right hand counterclockwise with your front knuckles to your attacker's head as your right foot sweeps your attacker's leg counterclockwise, ending at 6 o'clock in a twist stance.

3. Execute a right clockwise back hand strike to your attacker's chest as you execute a left back hand strike to your attacker's groin.


Bridging the Gap - (Front- Two Hand Low Grab)

1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into hard bow as you have your open hands circle inside your attacker's arms to break the grip.

2. Execute double half-fist strikes to your attacker's ribs.

3. Have your crossed hands scissor strike (right over left) to your attacker's temples.

4. Have your crossed hands scissor finger strike to your attacker's eyes.


Advancing Phoenix (AB) - (Left Grab to Right Shoulder; Right Punch)

(A)
1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's left hand as you execute a right inward block under your attacker's left arm to the inside of your attacker's right punch as you simultaneously execute a right kick to your attacker's right knee.

2. Have your foot plant to 12 o'clock as your right arm circles counterclockwise to the top of your attacker's left arm.

3. Execute a right elbow up to your attacker's jaw.

4. Execute a right claw down your attacker's face.

(B)
1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's hand as you execute a right inward strike to the outside of your attacker's elbow.

2. Have your foot plant to 12 o'clock as your right arm circles counterclockwise to the top of your attacker's left arm.

3. Execute a right elbow up to your attacker's jaw.

4. Execute a right claw down your attacker's face.
 


Two Headed Serpent - (Two Hand Shirt Grab)

1. Step your right foot up into a horse stance as you execute a left reverse punch to your attacker's face with a right inverted punch to your attacker's groin (U punch).

2. Readjust your right foot to 1:30 as you execute a right inward block to the outside of your attacker's left elbow.

3. Pivot into a hard bow facing 1:30 as you execute a left outward block to clear your attacker's arms away.

4. Execute a left four finger eye shot as you pivot into a horse stance.

5. Execute a right reverse punch to your attacker's ribs as your left hand covers your centerline.


Reversing Grasp (AB) - (Wrist Grab)

(A)
1. Have your right hand circle counterclockwise to trap and break your attacker's grip lose.

2. Execute a right punch to your attacker's ribs.

(B)
1. Have your right hand pull against the thumb to get out of the grab to your left shoulder.

2. Execute a right hand strike down onto your attacker's radial nerve.


Reaching for the Moon- (Right Grab to Left Shoulder; Right Foot Forward)

1. Step your left foot counterclockwise inside your attacker's right foot as your left hand hooks clockwise inside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Execute a left palm strike to your attacker's head as your left leg strikes back into a hard forward bow to 9 o'clock and you execute a right palm strike across your attacker's ribs.


Flashing Daggers - (Two Hand Push from the Front)

1. Step back into a right hard bow as you execute double outward knife hand blocks.

2. Execute a right chop to your attacker's left ribs as your left hand cocks at your right ear.

3. Execute a left chop to your attacker's throat as your right hand chambers.

4. Execute a right spearhand to your attacker's solar plexus as your left hand covers low.

5. Execute a left reverse hand sword to your attacker's groin.

6. Cover out.


Bending the Limb- (Right Grab to Left Wrist)

1. Have your right hand countergrab your attacker's right hand from under your left arm.

2. Step your right foot back to 6 o'clock as you sweep your attacker's right arm high into a left reverse bow.

3. Execute a left elbow to your attacker's ribs as you pivot into a side horse stance.

4. Shoot your right fingers into your attacker's eyes as you pivot into a right hard bow. 


Wrap Arounds (ABCD) - (Single and Double Shoulder Grabs)

(A)
1. Have your right arm circle back clockwise and trap from behind.

2. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's ribs.

3. Have your left arm circle back counterclockwise and trap from behind.

4. Execute a left backfist to your attacker's ribs.

(B)
1. Have your right arm circle down clockwise to trap from the top.

2. Execute a right inverted punch to your attacker's temple.

3. Have your left arm circle down clockwise to trap from the top.

4. Execute a left inverted punch to your attacker's temple.

(C)
1. Have both of your arms circle back to trap your attacker's arms from behind.

2. Execute backfists to your attacker's ribs.

(D)
1. Have both of your arms circle down to trap your attacker's arms from the top.

2. Execute double inverted punches to your attacker's temples.


Crouching Falcon - (Front- Two Hand Push)

1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a soft bow as you raise your hands between your attacker's arms and execute a double wedge block to the inside of your attacker's arms, turning your hands into claw rakes to your attacker's eyes.

2. Have your left hand grab your attacker's right arm and pull down and drop into a low horse stance as you execute a right vertical elbow to your attacker's jaw.

3. Execute a right claw down to your attacker's eyes.


Darting Serpent (AB) - (Front Two Hand Push)

(A)
1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock into a soft bow as you raise both of your hands in between your attacker's arms and execute double claw rakes to your attacker's eyes. Circle out and grab your attacker's groin.

2. Rip out as you shuffle back to 6 o'clock executing double whipping backfists to your attacker's kidneys. Note: In Long Form 3, this is done with by pulling to a cat stance.

(B)
1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock into a soft bow as you do double vertical outward blocks to the inside of your attacker's arms.

2. Have your first two fingers slash through your attacker's eyes.

3. Execute double thumb gouges to your attacker's eyes.

4. Have your hands rake from shoulder down.

5. Execute double circular backfists to your attacker's temples.

6. Have both of your attacker's sandwich your attacker's forehead.

7. As both of your hands grab the top of your attacker's head pull your attacker's head down as you execute right knee up.


Silk Wind - (Rear- Double Inner Arm Lock)

1. Lift your left foot up.

2. Stomp your left foot down to your attacker's left knee as your right heel strikes up to your attacker's right knee. Simultaneous with this, have your left hand grab your attacker's groin while you execute a right elbow up to your attacker's chin.

3. Have your right foot step to 10:30 as you pull your right arm out of the grip and have your left arm pin your attacker's left arm to your body. Step your left foot back 180 degrees counterclockwise as your right arm break your attacker's left elbow from behind.


Spreading the Leaves- (Attempted Full Nelson or Bear Hug)

1. Step your left foot up to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as your left arm strikes forward and your right elbow strikes back.

2. Have your right hand strike forward as your left elbow strikes back to your attacker's head and you shift into a left reverse bow.

3. Have your left hand strike forward as your right elbow strike back to your attacker's head and you pivot into a horse stance.


Crossing the Lock- (Front- Double Wrist Grab)

1. Step your right foot to 10:30 as your right arm circles counterclockwise to strike down and break your attacker's grip.

2. Pull both of your hands loose.

3. Execute a right backfist to the right side of your attacker's head as you execute a left side fist to your attacker's right ribs.


Darkness - (Flank- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your right foot out to 2:30 as you execute a left brush inward parry to your attacker's right punch.

2. Execute a right backhand parry to your attacker's right punch.

3. Step your left foot forward and across to 1:30.

4. Execute a right two finger dart eyeshot to your attacker's right eye with a left palm strike between your attacker's shoulders.

5. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's head.

6. Execute a right thrust kick to the back of your attacker's knee.

7. Execute a right forearm sandwich to your attacker's head.


Spinning from the Sun - (Overhead Club Attack)

1. Step your left foot up to 10:30 into a deep soft bow as you raise up to a shallow soft bow and drive double reverse punches crossed (X-block) into your attacker's club hand.

2. Open your hands and pin your attacker's hands with the back of your hands. Have your right hand grab your attacker's fist and your left hand grab your attacker's wrist.

3. Continue the motion and swing the arm down and strike your attacker's front knee with the club as your right foot steps through into a horse stance.

4. Have your left hand regrab your attacker's wrist as you take the club with the right. Lift your attacker's left arm overhead and step your left foot to 9 o'clock behind the right to a horse stance.

5. Have your right hand, with the club, strike down through your attacker's right elbow.

6. Snap the club back up to your attacker's head.

7. Execute a right round kick to your attacker's head.


Folding Wings - (Double Side Shoulder Grab)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 into a hard bow as you double wrap around your attacker's arms to trap them from behind.

2. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a hard bow as you execute double inverted punch forward to break your attacker's arms.

3. Execute double backfist to your attacker's ribs and grab your attacker's heads and pull them into your right knee.

4. Smash both of your attacker's heads together as you set your right leg back to a fighting stance.


The Vise - (Front- Two Hand Push)

1. Step your right foot back into a hard bow as you execute a right inward block to the inside of your right punch as you simultaneously execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin.

2. Set forward with the right into a soft bow and execute cross chops to your attacker's throat.

3. Execute double hand claws up to your attacker's face.


Swinging Gate - (Front- Two Hand Shirt Grab)

1. Have your left hand pin both of your attacker's hands as you step your left foot back to 6:30 and execute a left forearm strike up under both of your attacker's elbows.

2. Step your left foot counterclockwise to 3 o'clock as you execute a right back fist to your attacker's solar plexus.

3. Step your left foot across your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right forearm strike through your attacker's left kidney.

4. Execute a left elbow strike to your attacker's spine.


Stretching the Bow - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 into an angled horse stance as you execute a left open hand extended outward block and grab your attacker's wrist.

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin as your left hand grabs your attacker's right wrist.

4. As you land forward to 11:30 into a horse stance, execute a right tiger's mouth (web hand) to your attacker's throat and pull out on your attacker's right wrist to choke him further.


Arcing Blades (AB) - (Front Right Punch)

(A)
1. Execute a right inward block to your attacker's right punch as you simultaneously execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin.

2. Set your right foot down in front into a horse stance as you execute a right chop to the right side of your attacker's neck.

3. Execute a left chop to the same side of your attacker's neck as you pivot into a left soft bow.

4. Pivot to a horse stance as you drive a right vertical elbow to the jaw as the left hand covers the ribs.

5. Execute a right claw down your attacker's face.

(B)- Against a left punch
1. Execute a right extended outward block as you simultaneously execute a right side thrust kick to your attacker's ribs while your left hand covers.

2. Set your right foot down in front into a horse stance as you execute a right chop to the right side of your attacker's neck.

3. Execute a left chop to the same side of your attacker's neck as you pivot into a left soft bow.

4. Pivot to a horse stance as you drive a right vertical elbow to the jaw as the left hand covers the ribs.

5. Execute a right claw down your attacker's face. 


Circle of China - (From a kneel; kick)

1. Down on your left knee, shift it back to 4:30 as you execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's right leg.

2. Execute a right hammerfist down to your attacker's groin.

3. Drop to your hands and knees away from your attacker.

4. Execute a right rear kick to 10:30.

5. Cover out with your right kicking foot to 4:30 past your left foot and step away from your attacker.


Silent Escape (AB) - (Right Hammerlock)

(A)
1. Step your left foot in front of your right to 1:30 as your right hand slips out of the hammerlock and you pivot 180 degrees to face 7:30. As you pivot, simultaneously execute a right thumb strike to your attacker's eye with a left palm strike to your attacker's head.

(B)
1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as you execute a left elbow back to your attacker's solar plexus.

2. Execute a left hammerfist down to your attacker's groin.

3. Grab your attacker's groin.

4. Rip up, striking with up to your attacker's chin with your elbow.


Returning Viper - (Front- Counter Kick)

1. Execute a right round kick to your attacker (as a fake).

2. Have your right foot cross in front of your left and plant to 9 o'clock.

3. Execute a right rear kick to your attacker's body.


Returning Thunder - (Front- Counter Kick)

1. Execute a right front kick to 10:30 past the outside of your attacker's right leg.

2. Execute a right side thrust kick to the back of your attacker's leg.


The Serpent - (Front- Right Snap Kick)

1. Jump to 10:30 with your left leg landing into a soft forward bow as you simultaneously execute a right downward block past your leg while your left hand remains open to cover your face.

2. Raise your right hand up and execute a right side kick to your attacker's supporting leg.


Broken Staff- (Shoulder Grab from Right; Left Grab to Right Shoulder)

1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's left hand as you step your left foot to 10:30 and execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat at 4:30.

2. Step your left foot counterclockwise to 7:30 as you have your right arm circle clockwise to trap and break your attacker's left elbow.

3. Execute a right backfist forward counterclockwise through the back of your attacker's head.

4. Execute a right hand sword to your attacker's throat at 1:30 as you execute a left side fist to your attacker's ribs at 1:30.


Circling Serpent - (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you use a windmill guard.

2. Execute a right round kick to your attacker's mid-section.

3. Have your right foot plant to 9 o'clock into a twist stance.

4. Pivot 180 degrees clockwise to face 4:30.

5. Execute a left round kick to your attacker's back or kidneys.


Chinese "L" Choke - (Rear Two Hand Choke)

1. Step your left foot behind your right foot to 4:30 as you bring your left arm up to block.

2. Pivot into a hard forward bow to left as you execute a left outward block to break the choke followed by a right elbow to your attacker's ribs.

3. Have your left hand grab your attacker's left wrist and your right hand place pressure on your attacker's left elbow and step your right foot to 4:30.

4. Take your attacker over your right knee.

5. Execute a right elbow to your attacker's temple.

6. Execute a right elbow strike down onto your attacker's spine.


Five Swords - (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a right inward knife hand block to your attacker's forearm and biceps while your left hand covers.

2. Turn into a right soft forward bow as you execute a right downward sweeping chop to your attacker's neck followed by a left clockwise chop.

3. Pivot back into a horse stance as you execute a right spear hand to your attacker's solar plexus.

4. Pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise to face 4:30 as you execute a right chop through the back of your attacker's neck.

5. Execute a right chop to the left side of your attacker's throat.
