Snapping the Rod - (Offensive Attack; or Left Punch)

1. With your right foot back, execute a left backfist to your attacker's left arm or head.

2. Swing your right hand counterclockwise and strike with four knuckles to your attacker's head as you simultaneously sweep your attacker's left leg with a right counterclockwise sweep. (You will stop in a twist stance ending at 6 o'clock).

3. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's chest as you execute a left backfist to your attacker's groin.

4. Execute a left stomp to your attacker's left ankle.


Turning the Key (AB) - (Offensive Attack from Behind Attacker)

(A)
1. Grab both of your attacker's shoulders.

2. Execute a right thrust kick to the back of your attacker's left knee. As you land, twist your attacker's shoulders clockwise.

3. Execute a right elbow strike to your attacker's head.

(B)
1. Grab both of your attacker's shoulders.

2. Execute a right instep stomp to the back of your attacker's left knee to drive them to the ground as both of your hands twist your attacker's shoulders clockwise.

3. Execute a right elbow strike to your attacker's head.


The Butterfly (AB) - (Right Punch)

(A)
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right vertical outward block to the outside of your attacker's punch.

2. Hook your right wrist over your attacker's right wrist.

3. Execute a right and a left palm strike to your attacker's ribs as you pivot into a right hard forward bow.

(B)
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your your attacker's punch.

2. Have your left wrist hook over your attacker's right wrist.

3. Execute a right and a left palm strike to your attacker's ribs as you pivot into a right hard forward bow.


Whirling Warrior (ABC) - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch. (Your right arm will cock high).

2. Sweep with your right foot, rotating 270 degrees counterclockwise to face 1:30 as you execute a right backfist through your attacker's ribs.

3. As you plant, execute a left chop to your attacker's ribs.

(A)- Left Leg Forward; Boxer-Style

4. Execute a right front snap kick to the inside of your attacker's left knee as you execute a right ridge hand to your attacker's groin.

(B)- Step-Through Punch
4. Execute a right thrust kick behind your attacker's right knee to buckle them.

5. Execute a right backfist counterclockwise through your attacker's head.

(C)
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch. (Your right hand is cocked high).

2. Have your right foot sweep 180 degrees counterclockwise to 10:30 so you are facing 6 o'clock as you execute a right backfist through your attacker's ribs.

3. Execute a left chop to your attacker's ribs while your right hand covers


Flowing Hands - (Two Man; Flank)

1. Step your right foot to 2:30 as you execute a right chop to your 3 o'clock attacker's throat. (Left hand covers).

2. Step your right foot counterclockwise to 10:30 as you execute a right (palm down) finger rake through your attacker's eyes followed by a left chop to your 9 o'clock attacker's throat.

3. Have your left foot sweep back counterclockwise 180 degrees as you execute a right smother block.

4. Execute a right front snap kick to 4:30 to your first attacker.

5. Execute a right rear kick to 7:30 to your second attacker.


Whirling Blades (AB)- (Two Opponents)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block outside of your attacker's right punch while your right hand cocks high.

2. Have your right foot sweep counterclockwise so you are facing 6 o'clock as you execute a right backfist clockwise through your attacker's ribs.

3. Execute a left chop to your attacker's ribs as your right hand covers.

(A)- Defense for 2nd punch Arcing Blades
4. Execute a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch as you execute a right front kick to your attacker's groin.

5. Have your right foot plant to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a right chop to the right side of your attacker's neck.

6. Drop into a soft bow as you execute a left chop to the same side of your attacker's neck.

7. Execute a right elbow up to your attacker's chin.

8. Drop a right claw down on to your attacker's face.

(B)
4. Execute a right extended outward block to your attacker's right or left punch as you execute a right thrust kick to your second attacker's ribs.


Thrusting Limb (ABC) - (Counter if your front kick is caught)

- Execute a right front kick

(A)
1. Draw your right foot back as far as possible.

2. Execute a right front thrust kick to your attacker's body.

(B)
1. Draw your right foot back as far as possible.

2. Pivot counterclockwise 90 degrees and execute a right side thrust kick to your attacker's body.

(C)

1. Draw your right foot back as far as possible.

2. Pivot your body counterclockwise 180 degrees and execute a right rear kick to your attacker's body.


Crossing Hammers (ABC) - (Left Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot in front of your right to 1:30 as you execute a left vertical outward block to the outside of your attacker's punch and have your right arm cocked to the rear of your head.

2. Step your right foot to 1:30 and pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise to face 9 o'clock as you execute a right downward backhand strike to your attacker's left temple while your left hand cocks under your right elbow.

(A)

3. Execute a left chop to your attacker's left ribs.

4. Execute a right slicing punch through your attacker's ribs as you pivot into a right hard bow and chamber your left hand.

(B)
3. Execute a left handsword (palm down) as you chamber your right hand.

4. Have your left hand grab the back of your attacker's left shoulder.

5. Pull your attacker back to you at 3 o'clock as you execute a right inverted punch to your attacker's left kidney.

(C)- Adds one move from B
5. Pull your attacker back to you at 3 o'clock as you execute a right inverted punch as you execute a right kick with the inside of your right foot to your attacker's left knee.

6. Plant your right foot back to its original position.


Two Man Swinging Gate - (Two Man- Front Grab; Rear Attacker)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as your left hand pins both of your attacker's hands and you execute a right forearm strike up under both of your attacker's elbows.

2. Shift your left foot counterclockwise to 3 o'clock as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's solar plexus (or a hammerfist to your attacker's groin).

3. Circle your right arm counterclockwise to clear your attacker's arms.

4. Execute a right chop to your front attacker's throat as you execute a right snap kick to your rear attacker..

5. Execute a right rear kick to your first attacker as you execute a right palm strike to your rear attacker.


Sweeping Branches - (Two Man; Flank Shoulder Grabs)

1. Step your right foot back to 6 o'clock as both of your arms circle back over the top of your attacker's arms.

2. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as both of your arms circle forward and under to trap your attacker's arms.

3. Execute backfists to your attackers' ribs.

4. Step your right foot back to your left foot as you have both hands strike down through your attacker's shins.

5. Step your right foot back to 6 o'clock as you circle both legs to pick up your attacker's legs and throw both of your attackers forward.


Knee Sweep - (Two Man; Flank- Double Wrist Grab)

1. (Each opponent grabs one wrist from the sides). Step your right foot behind your left to 8 o'clock as your left hand anchors against your attacker on your left and you pull your right side attacker with your right hand.

2. Execute a right side thrust kick to your right side attacker's knee.

3. Step your right foot behind your left side attacker's right leg.

4. Drive your left knee up under your attacker's right thigh.

5. Execute a left thrust kick to your attacker's left knee.


Kung Fu Wrist - (Two Man; Flank- Double Wrist Grab)

1. (Each opponent grabs one wrist from the sides, using both hands). Step your right foot behind your left to 8 o'clock as your left hand anchors against your left side attacker and your right hand pulls on your right side attacker.

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your right side attacker's groin.

3. Have your right foot step in front of your left side attacker's right leg.

4. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise as your left hand countergrabs your left attacker's left wrist and you execute a right hammerfist down onto your attacker's left elbow.

5. Execute a right elbow to your attacker's temple.

6. Execute a right elbow down onto your attacker's spine.


Stone Warrior (AB) - (Two Man; Flank- Shoulder Grabs)

1. Step your left foot to 9 o'clock as you execute vertical outward blocks to both of your attackers' arms followed by backfists up to your attackers' heads.

(A)
2. Pivot clockwise 90 degrees to face 3 o'clock as you execute a right claw to your right side attacker's face simultaneous with a left claw to your left side attacker's groin.

3. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise to face 9 o'clock as you execute a right claw to your left side attacker's face simultaneous with a left claw to your right side attacker's groin.

(B)
2. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise to face 9 o'clock as you execute a right claw to your left side attacker's face simultaneous with a left claw to your right side attacker's groin.

3. Pivot 180 degrees to face 3 o'clock as you execute a right claw back to your left side attacker's groin simultaneous with a left claw to your right side attacker's face.


Praying Mantis - (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. From a square horse stance, draw your right foot into a cat stance facing 1:30 as you execute a left inward block against your attacker's punch as you right hand chambers high as a side eagle's beak strike.

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin as you execute a right side eagle's beak strike over the top of your attacker's punch.


Drums of Manchu- (Left Punch, Right Punch Combination)

1. Step your left back to 6 o'clock as you execute a right vertical outward block to the inside of your attacker's left punch simultaneous with a left downward block.

2. As the right punch comes in, shuffle forward towards 12 o'clock as you execute a left vertical outward block to the inside of your attacker's right punch with a right hammerfist out to your attacker's groin.

3. Execute a left claw down to your attacker's face.

4. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's face.


Sowing the Seeds - (Front Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you have your right hand hook over the top of your attacker's punch (from the outside) and you execute a left claw through your attacker's face.

2. Execute a left backfist through your attacker's face.

3. Execute a right claw through your attacker's face as you pivot into a soft bow.

4. Shuffle to 4:30 as your left knee buckles your attacker's right knee from behind.

5. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's ribs with a left side fist to the back of your attacker's head.


Flashing Wings- (Front Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Execute a right inward elbow into and through your attacker's ribs.

3. Execute a right outward elbow strike into your attacker's back.

4. Execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck.

5. Execute a left chop to the back of your attacker's neck as you pivot 180 degrees into a soft bow facing 6 o'clock.

6. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise to face 12 o'clock as you execute a right chop to the bridge of your attacker's nose.


Parting the Waves (AB) - (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10 o'clock as you execute a left parry to the outside of your attacker's punch with a right eagle's beak strike through your attacker's ribs.

2. Execute a right chop to your attacker's right kidney.

(A)- Step-Through; right leg forward
3. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock inside your attacker's right leg as you execute a right inward elbow to your attacker's ribs and your right knee buckles counterclockwise forcing your attacker's right knee out.

4. Execute a right scoop kick up through your attacker's groin; land back to 6 o'clock.

(B)- Right punch with left leg forward
3. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock inside your attacker's right leg as you execute a right inward elbow to your attacker's ribs.

4. Have your right knee buckles clockwise inside your attacker's left leg.

5. Execute the right front scoop kick to your attacker's groin; plant back to 6 o'clock.


Winding Limbs (ABC) - (Front- Punch)

(A)- Against a right punch
1. Step up to 11 o'clock with your left foot as you execute a right rising block that continues clockwise to end as a claw to your attacker's groin as you simultaneously execute a left wedge block that ends in a claw to your attacker's face.

(B)- Against a right punch followed by a left
1. Step up to 11 o'clock with your left foot as you execute a right rising block that continues clockwise to end as a claw to your attacker's groin as you simultaneously execute a left wedge block that ends in a claw to your attacker's face.

2. Execute a left smother block to your attacker's left punch.

3. Execute a left backfist to your attacker's head.

(C)- Long Form 4 version
1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock into a right hard forward bow as you execute a right upward block to your attacker's punch.

2. Pivot into a horse stance as you execute a left claw to your attacker's face while your right hand is cocked as a claw at your right hip.

3. Have your right hand shoot out and grab your attacker's groin as you have your left hand smother down on top of your attacker's right arm.

4. Shuffle forward as you execute a left backfist to your attacker's head.


Brushing Wind - (Right Flank Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 2:30 as you execute a left parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

2. Execute a right outward parry to the outside of your attacker's punch.

3. Step your left foot to 1:30 as your left fist cocks over your right fist by your left hip.

4. Pivot clockwise to face 6 o'clock as you execute a right backfist to your kidney with a left side fist strike to your attacker's upper ribs cage.

5. Have your left hand grab your attacker's shoulder as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's fist.

6. Have your right hand grab your attacker's right wrist as your left foot sweeps clockwise against your attacker's right leg to 6 o'clock.


Thundering Hammers - (Front Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right arm as your left hand cocks low by your right thigh.

2. Shuffle forward to 12 o'clock as you execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin and your left hand cocks high above your head.

3. Pivot into a soft bow as you drop a left hammerfist onto your attacker's kidneys while your right hand cocks high above your head.

4. Pivot into a soft bow as you drop a right hammerfist to the back of your attacker's neck while your left hand covers.

5. Have your left foot sweep counterclockwise to 6 o'clock.

6. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's temple.

7. Shuffle forward with your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right claw up to your attacker's face. (Your left hand will cover).


Checking the Tide - (Right Kick followed by a Right Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 7:30 as you execute a right downward block to the outside of your attacker's kick.

2. As the right punch comes from your attacker, pivot clockwise into a horse stance as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

3. Execute a right instep kick to your attacker's right knee as you execute a right inverted punch to your attacker's right ribs.


Crossing the Mountain - (Right / Left Punch Combination)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock into a shuffle as you pull your right back into a cat stance and have your right hand circle counterclockwise over your attacker's left punch.

2. As the right punch comes in, have your right hand hook clockwise under your attacker's right arm and grab the right wrist.

3. Have your right hand pull on your attacker's right arm as you execute a right kick to your attacker's groin with a left finger strike to your attacker's eyes.


Whirling Leaves (ABC) - (Left / Right Punch Combination)

1. Pivot your body 90 degrees clockwise into a cat stance as you execute a right parry down on top of your attacker's first punch.

2. Have your left parry come down on top of your second punch.

(A)- Left/Right Combination from right

3. Execute a right front kick to your attacker's groin. Land forward to 12 o'clock.

4. Execute a right inverted punch to your attacker's head.

(B)- Right/Left Combination from left
3. Execute a right front kick to your attacker's groin with a right inverted punch to your attacker's head.

(C)- Punches from front
1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as your right hand circles down on top of the first punch.

2. Have your left hand circle down on top of your attacker's second punch.

3. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's head.


Sweeping Wings - (Right Front Kick)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 as you execute a cross hand block to your attacker's kick, right hand on top.

2. Have your left open hand parry the kick past your left side as you execute a right backfist to your attacker's head.

3. Execute a left clockwise palm strike to your attacker's head and grab your attacker's hair.

4. Execute a right kick to your attacker's groin. Plant back to 6 o'clock.

5. As your left hand pulls your attacker's head down, execute a right rising backfist up to your attacker's face.


Kneeling Tiger - (Seated- Right Front Kick)

1. From a kneel (left knee down), execute a right downward forearm to your attacker's knee.

2. Turn the forearm clockwise to clear away your attacker's knee.

3. Shuffle forward to 12 o'clock, still on your attacker's knee as you execute a right elbow up through your attacker's groin.

4. Execute a left hand grab to your attacker's groin as you execute a right hammerfist down onto your attacker's groin (as a testicle sandwich).


The Lotus - (Flank- Left / Right Punch Combination)

1. As the punch comes from 3 o'clock, execute a left smother down block against the first punch as you execute a left instep kick against your attacker's knee.

2. As the second punch comes in, execute a right smother block against the punch.

3. Leap in the air towards your attacker as you execute a right side snap kick with a right backfist to your attacker's head.


Attacking the Wall (AB) - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a right vertical outward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch and you execute a right punch to your attacker's right ribs.

2. Pivot into a soft bow as you execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's right ribs or kidney and your left hand covers.

(A)
3. Execute a right rear kick to your attacker's right knee.

(B)
3. As your left hand braces at your attacker's hip, have your right hand pick up your attacker's right leg.

4. Execute a right thrust kick to your attacker's left knee.


Seven Swords - (Front Right Round Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right hand sword block to the inside of your attacker's right arm.

2. Pivot into a soft bow as you execute a right chop through your attacker's neck.

3. Execute a left spear hand to your attacker's eyes.

4. Execute a right spear hand to your attacker's solar plexus as you pivot counterclockwise into a horse stance.

5. Step your left foot to 4:30 as you execute a left finger rake across your attacker's eyes.

6. Execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck.

7. Execute a right chop up to the side of your attacker's neck.


Reversing Hammers - (Front Left Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 1:30 as you execute a left vertical outward block to the outside of your attacker's left punch. (Your right fist is cocked by your thigh).

2. Execute a right backfist counterclockwise through the back of your attacker's head while your left hand chambers.

3. Execute a left elbow through your attacker's ribs as your right hand chambers.

4. Have your left hand check your attacker's left arm as you execute a right chop (palm up) to your attacker's ribs.
