So I first must salute them for their assistance. For starters, I am not a Tracy's Kenpo practitioner and have only seen a few techniques from Tracy stylists in action, so I cannot speak of real experience in the system. What I can attest to is how interested I was in the similarities and differences between the Tracy Kenpo system presented here and the American Kenpo system presented on another set of links.
