U Punch (AB)

Striking Mace - (Front- Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right arm to trap the punch.

2. Execute a right crescent step to 12 o'clock as you execute a right side fist to your attacker's temple.

3. Execute a right side kick to your attacker's right knee.


Crossing Talon (ABC) - (Front- Right Cross Wrist Grab)

1. Counter grab your attacker's right wrist with your left hand as you step your left foot forward into a horse stance and execute a left hammerfist strike to the outside of your attacker's right elbow.

(A)

2. Take your attacker down across your left knee.

3. Execute a left elbow to your attacker's temple.

4. Execute a left inward overhead elbow down onto your attacker's spine.

(B)
2. Sweep your right foot back to 10:30.

3. Take your attacker down across your left knee.

4. Execute a left elbow to your attacker's temple.

5. Execute a left inward overhead elbow down onto your attacker's spine.

(C)- For the attacker who is too strong
1. Counter grab your attacker's right wrist with your left and right hand.

2. Step your left foot to 1:30 as you execute a left forearm strike to your attacker's right elbow.

3. Take your attacker over your left knee.

4. Execute a left elbow to your attacker's temple.

5. Execute a left inward overhead elbow down onto your attacker's spine. 


Circling Elbows - (Rear Bearhug; Arms Free)

1. Step your right foot to 3 o'clock into a low horse stance as you drop your elbows down on top of your attacker's arms.

2. Pull your left foot into a cat stance (facing 9 o'clock) as you cock your hands; right hand chambered, left hand palm down over your right.

3. Have your left foot circle behind and through your attacker's right leg.

4. Execute a left elbow strike out to your attacker's chin.

5. Follow with a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.


Locking Arm (AB) - (Hammerlock)

(A)
1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock as your right hand countergrabs your attacker's right wrist. As you step back, execute a left elbow to your attacker's head.

2. Circle your left arm counterclockwise behind your attacker's right arm. Pivot into a hard forward bow to break your attacker's elbow.

3. Step your right foot back to 4:30.

4. Pivot into a hard forward bow facing 4:30 as you straighten out your left arm against your attacker's right elbow.

5. Execute a right knee strike to your attacker's chest with a right hammerfist down onto your attacker's spine.

(B)- arm restricted and cannot make the elbow strike
1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock between your attacker's legs as your right hand counter grabs your attacker's right wrist.

2. Have your right circle behind your arms and break your attacker's elbows.

3. Step your right foot back to 4:30.

4. Pivot into a hard forward bow facing 4:30 as you straighten out your left arm against your attacker's right elbow.

5. Execute a right knee strike to your attacker's chest with a right hammerfist down onto your attacker's spine. 


Windmill Guard- (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch.

2. Execute a right extended outward block to the outside of your attacker's punch.

3. Execute a right roundhouse kick to your attacker's groin.


Spiraling Wrist- (Rear Bear Hug; Arms Free)

1. Step to the right into a horse stance as you drive your knuckles into the radial nerves on your attacker's wrist.

2. Drive double elbows into your attacker's forearms to break the bear hug.

3. Grab your attacker's right wrist and step to 3:00 with your left foot into a horse stance.

4. Step your right foot toward 3:00 into another horse stance as you force your attacker down with a reverse wrist lock.

5. Execute a right front snap kick to the ribs and set forward into a soft forward bow and break down against the wrist.


Crash of the Eagle II (ABCEDFGHI) - (Rear Two Hand Choke)

1. Step your left foot over your right to 1:30.

2. Pivot 180 clockwise into a horse facing 7:30 and use your right arm to clear your attacker's arms off of your neck.

(A)

3. Execute a right forearm sandwich to your attacker's head.

(B)
3. Execute a right half-fist to your attacker's throat.

(C)
3. Have your right hand circle up clockwise and strike under your attacker's chin.

4. Continue the circle and claw to your attacker's groin.

(D)
3. Execute a left finger strike to your attacker's eyes.

(E)

3. Execute a left half-fist to your attacker's throat.

(F)
3. Execute a left punch to your attacker's face.

(G)
3. Execute a left palm strike to your attacker's jaw.

1. Step your left foot to 4:30 as you execute a left chop to the left side of your attacker's neck while your right hand cocks at the right side of your head.

(A)
2. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise and execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck to 10:30.

(B)
2. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise and execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck to 7:30.

3. Execute a right thrust kick to your attacker's ribs.

(C)
2. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise and execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck to 10:30.

3. Circle your right arm clockwise and break your attacker's elbow from behind.

4. Pivot your body clockwise to 10:30 as you simultaneously execute a left hammerfist to your attacker's spine and a left knee strike to your attacker's chest.

(D)- When your arms are restricted or pinned
1. Pivot your body counterclockwise to face 7:30 as your left foot steps to 4:30 and your right arm circles to break your attacker's elbow from behind.

2. Pivot clockwise to 10:30 as you simultaneously execute a left hammerfist to your attacker's spine with a left knee strike up to your attacker's chest.


Rising Elbow- (Bear Hug from Behind; Arms Pinned)

1. Step your right foot to 3 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a left hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

2. Circle your left foot to get behind your attacker's right leg.

3. Execute a left grab to your attacker's groin and rip up into a left rising elbow to the jaw.

4. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's solar plexus.


Guarding the Wall- (Right Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 10:00 as you execute a left inward parry to the outside of your attacker's right punch. Execute a right eagle beak rake through your attacker's ribs.

2. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's right ribs.

3. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right ridge hand strike to your attacker's groin while your left fingers strike your attacker's eyes over your attacker's arms.


Eagle Pin - (Two Attackers- Front: Right Punch; Rear: Bear Hug Arms Free)

1. Execute a right inward block against the front attacker's right punch, as you simultaneously execute a right front kick to the front attacker's groin.

2. Drop to the right into a horse stance, as you drive your elbows down into your rear attacker's forearms to break the bearhug.

3. Step your left foot into a temporary cat stance and step behind your rear attacker's right leg as you execute a left elbow.

4. Pivot into a left hard forward bow as you execute a right hammerfist onto your attacker's chest.

5. Execute a right side kick to the front attacker.


Striking Fang (AB) - (Flank Right Step Through Punch)

1. Step your right foot to 2:30 up into right soft bow as you execute a right inverted eagle beak to your attacker's armpit while your left hand covers your face.

2. Shuffle forward to 3 o'clock as you execute a right elbow to your attacker's ribs.

(A)
3. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

(B)
3. Have your right hand circle counterclockwise around your attacker's leg.

4. Execute a right ridge hand to your attacker's groin as your left hand covers your face. 


Shackle Break (ABC) - (Rear Two-Hand Wrist Grab)

(A)
1. Counter grab your attacker's wrists as you step up into left soft bow.

2. Raise the right knee into a rear kick position. Pull your attacker into a right rear kick and cross out into a fighting stance.

(B)
1. Counter grab your attacker's wrists as you step your left foot across the right to a 45 degree angle soft bow.

2. Pull your attacker up as you turn the wrists between the thumbs, turn to a horse.

3. Clear off your attacker's right arm with a right elbow to the arm.

4. Continue to circle the arm around into a right elbow to your attacker's spine.

(C)- The version in Short Form 3

5. Execute a left knee to your attacker's ribs as you execute double palm strikes to your attacker's back.


Drawbridge (AB) - (Front Right Hand Chest Grab)

1. Counter grab with the left hand to your attacker's grabbing hand as you step your right foot to 11 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's right shoulder.

2. Pivot your body 180 degrees and take your attacker down over into a right hard forward bow.

(A)

3. Shuffle forward to 6 o'clock.

4. Drop your right knee into your attacker's ribs as you execute a right punch to your attacker's head.

(B)
3. Grab your attacker's wrist with both of your hands and execute a right stomp to your attacker's right armpit (to dislocate the shoulder).


Full Nelson- (Full Nelson Grab)

1. Resist against the full nelson.

2. Step wide with your right foot to 3 o'clock as you bend very low and execute a left hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

3. Circle your left foot clockwise behind your attacker's right leg.

4. Straighten up at the waist.

5. Strike your attacker's left arm to take your attacker over your left leg as you execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.


Kung Fu Cross - (Left Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 5:30 into an angled horse stance as you execute a right inward parry to your attacker's left hand followed by a left kung fu wrist hook to the punch as your right hand drops to cover the ribs.

2. Step your right foot through into a horse stance as you execute a right inverted punch up to break your attacker's arm.

3. Execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin.

4. Execute a right backfist to your attacker's head.


Divided Swords (AB) - (Punch)

1. Step your left foot to 11 o'clock as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's punch. (Your right hand chambers).

2. Execute a right elbow strike through your attacker's ribs as your left hand chambers.

(A)
3. Execute a right chop to the back of your attacker's neck followed by a left chop to your attacker's kidney.

(B)
3. Execute a right chop to your attacker's kidney followed by a left vertical forearm strike to your attacker's spine.


The Gift - (Handshake)

1. Step your left foot up into a horse stance as you countergrab your attacker's wrist with your left hand and force the arm up and break your attacker's right arm down over your left elbow.

2. Step your right foot behind your left. Turn into a horse stance and swing your attacker around as you do a right round kick to the groin.


Opening Cowl (AB) - (Two Hand Rear Choke)

(A)
1. Cross the right foot to 11 o'clock over your left foot into a soft bow.

2. Execute a left outward block against the outside of your attacker's left grabbing arm to knock your attacker's left arm off of your neck.

3. Pivot into a left hard bow to face your attacker as you drive a right reverse punch into the ribs.

4. Drive a left corkscrew punch to your attacker's right temple followed by a right reverse punch to your attacker's groin.

(B)
1. Step your left foot behind your right to 4:30 to the outside of your attacker's right leg as your left arm executes an outward block.

2. Turn to a left hard bow to the left as you execute a left outward block followed by a right inward elbow to your attacker's ribs.

3. Execute a left punch to your attacker's head.

4. Execute a right punch to your attacker's head.


Slicing Dragon- (Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot up to 11 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's right punch. (Your right hand is cocked to strike.)

2. Turn into a left hard bow as you execute a right four knuckle rake to the bridge of your attacker's nose.

3. Have your left hand act as an open cover as you turn into a horse executing a right backfist to your attacker's kidney.

4. Turn right hard bow as you execute a left elbow to your attacker's ribs, (with your right hand checking your face.)

5. Have your left hand pin your attacker's right hand to his body as you shuffle into left soft bow and execute a left backfist followed by a right elbow to your attacker's face; your left covering the ribs.


Ascending to Heaven (ABC) - (Ground Attack; Seated)

(A)- Seated in cross-leg position; attacker rushes from 12 o'clock)
1. Raise to a fighting stance using only the legs. The foot in front when you start remains in front in your fighting stance.

2. Step to either side to get away from your attacker.

(B)
1. Stand.

2. Pivot 180 degrees and execute a right spinning rear kick.

(C)
1. Start to stand up.

2. Pivot your body 180 and drop to your left knee facing 4:30.

3. Execute a right rear kick to 10:30.

4. Cover out by stepping forward and through to 4:30.


Raising the Sword- (Handshake)

1. Step your left foot to 1:30 into a horse stance as your left hand slaps your attacker's right hand to 1:30 high.

2. While maintaining control of your right hand with your right hand, execute a left elbow down into your attacker's ribs.

3. Grab both hands with your attacker's wrists.

4. Pull your left foot back into a cat stance.

5. Step your left foot to 10:30 as you swing your attacker's arm clockwise to 10:30 as well.

6. While your left hand controls your attacker's right wrist as you execute a right elbow strikes down to your right ribs.

7. Step your right foot counterclockwise to 9 o'clock.

8. Left your left foot back 180 degrees to 9 o'clock as you face 12 o'clock while your left hand twists your attacker's arm and bend them over face down.

9. Execute a right hammerfist down onto your right elbow.


Arm Hook (AB) - (Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot up to 11 o'clock into a hard bow as you execute a left inward block to the outside of your attacker's punch.

2. Turn into a horse stance as your right hand grabs your attacker's wrist and execute an inverted palm strike to break your attacker's elbow.

3. Step your attacker left foot back counterclockwise to 6:30. Pivot into a horse stance as your left hand slides down your attacker's right forearm. Have both of your hands grab your attacker's wrists.

(A)

3. Simultaneous with the step and grab, execute a right back fist to your attacker's temple.

(B)
3. Step your left foot across your right to 12 o'clock as you execute a right back fist to your attacker's temple.


Crossing the Sun (ABC) - (Overhead Club Attack)

1. Step your left foot up to 10:30 into a deep soft bow. Raise up to a shallow soft bow as you drive double crossed reverse punches into your attacker's club hand (like an X-block).

(A)
2. Grab your attacker's right wrist with your right hand as your left forearm applies pressure to your attacker's right elbow as you step your left foot to 1:30.

3. Force your attacker down and execute a left outward elbow to your attacker's temple.

4. Execute a left inward overhead elbow to your attacker's spine.

(B)
2. Grab your attacker's right wrist with your right hand, as your left forearm applies pressure to your attacker's right elbow as your right foot steps to 10:30.

3. Force your attacker down and execute a left outward elbow to your attacker's temple.

4. Execute a left inward overhead elbow to your attacker's spine.

(C)
2. Grab your attacker's right wrist with your right hand and turn to a hard bow facing the right as you pull your attacker into a left claw to the eyes.


Attack From the Temple (AB) - (Offensive Attack)

1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a right horse stance as you execute a right vertical elbow to your attacker's jaw as your left hand covers the ribs.

(A)- One Attacker
2. Readjust your left foot and turn into a soft bow as you execute a right hammerfist to your attacker's groin; your left hand covers your face.

3. Execute a right rear kick to your attacker's body.

4. Cover out.

(B)- Two Attackers; in front and behind
2. Readjust your left foot 90 degrees to a horse stance to face your second attacker and turn soft bow as you execute a right hammerfist to your front attacker's groin; your left hand covers your face.

3. Execute a right round kick to your second attacker's groin and cross out to the left into a fighting stance.


Bowing To Buddha (AB) - (Right Kick from Kneeling Position)

1. Seated on your left hip, push up onto the left knee as you execute a right forearm block down to your attacker's right knee.

2. Use your right forearm block to sweep your attacker's knee out.

(A)- if close
2. Drive the point of your elbow into your attacker's groin.

(B)- if at a distance
2. Execute a right inverted hammerfist to your attacker's groin.


The Dart - (Front- Left Jab)

1. Step your left foot to 6 o'clock and pull your right foot back into a cat stance as you circle your right hand counterclockwise and trap and hook your attacker's left jab from the outside of your attacker's arm.

2. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock as you execute a right finger strike to your attacker's eye while your left hand covers.


Covering Talon (AB) - (Front- Two Hand Grab)

(A)
1. Step your right foot to 10:30 as your left hand pins both hands and your right arm circles counterclockwise to smother both of your attacker's arms.

2. Execute a right elbow to the back of your attacker's head.

(B)
1. Step your left foot to 6:30 as your left hand pins both hands and your right arm circles counterclockwise to smother both of your attacker's arms.

2. Execute a right back fist to your attacker's head.


Wing Break (AB) - (Flank- Shoulder Grab)

1. Step your left foot to 9 o'clock as your left hand pins your attacker's left hand and you execute a right forearm strike to the back of your attacker's left elbow.

2. Execute a right counterclockwise down on top of your attacker's left arm.

3. Have your right arm circle counterclockwise under your attacker's arm to grab your attacker's left shoulder.

(A)
4. Have your left foot sweep back to 4:30 as you throw your attacker in a counterclockwise motion.

5. Execute a right round kick down onto your attacker's body.

(B)
4. Have your right foot shuffle to 3 o'clock as you drive your right hip under your attacker's left hip.

5. Have your left foot sweep back to 4:30 as you throw your attacker in a counterclockwise motion.

6. Execute a right round kick down onto your attacker's body.


"U" Punch (AB) - (Front- Two Hand Choke)

1. Step your right foot to 12 o'clock between your attacker's legs as your left fist hits your attacker's face (palm down) and your right fist strikes up to your attacker's groin (palm up).

2. Have your right foot draw back into a cat stance as your left arm strikes down onto your attacker's arms.

(A)- if arms do not come loose
3. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin as you shoot your right fingertips under your left arm to your attacker's throat.

(B)- if arms do come loose
3. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin as you shoot your right fingertips over your left arm to your attacker's throat.
