Japanese Sword (AB) - (Front- Step-Through Punch)

A- (Left Punch)
1. Step your right foot up to a 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you do a right extended outward block, with your left hand covering your ribs. Execute a left punch.

2. Execute a right chop to your attacker's neck.

B- (Right Punch)
1. Step your left foot to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you execute a right extended outward block, left covers the ribs.

2. Pivot into a right hard forward bow as you do a left reverse punch to the opponent's solar plexus or face.


Chinese Sword (AB) - (Front- Step-Through Punch)

A- (Right Punch)
1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you do a right inward block to the inside of your attacker's punch.

2. Execute a right chop to your attacker's neck.

B- (Left Punch)
1. Step your right foot up to 12 o'clock into a horse stance as you do a right inward block to the outside of your attacker's punch.

2. Use your open left hand to re-grab the opponents wrist. Pull the opponent's arm down and do a right backfist to the face. (Or you can do a right chop to the left side of your attacker's neck.)


Delayed Sword- (Front- Right Step-Through Punch)

1. Step your left foot back to 6 o'clock and pull your right foot into a cat stance as you execute a right inward block and have your left hand checking.

2. Execute a right front snap kick to your attacker's groin.

3. Land forward into a right soft bow as you execute a right hand chop to your attacker's neck. Maintain a left cover hand.


Knee of Vengeance- (Front- Two Hand Shirt Grab)

1. Execute double wrist hooks to the joint of your attacker's arms to grab your attacker's arms.

2. Pull down on your attacker's shoulders as you execute a right knee strike into your attacker's groin.

3. Land forward and do a right foot stomp to your attacker's left foot.

4. Let go of your attacker's shoulders as you set forward into a right horse stance, execute a left palm strike and a right elbow sandwich.


Fang of the Cobra- (Front- Two Hand Choke)

1. Have your left hand pin your attacker's neck as you step your right foot to 12 o'clock into a hard forward bow and execute a right inverted hand spear to your attacker's throat.

2. While maintaining the pin, execute a right finger strike to your attacker's eyes (going to your attacker's eyes).

3. Grab both of your attacker's shoulders.

4. Pull your attacker into a left knee strike to the groin followed with a left stomp to your attacker's left foot as you set into a twist stance (Breaking his foot as you set).


Twisting Talon (AB) - (Front- Right Wrist Grab)

A- (Left Hand Grab to Right Wrist)
1. Counter grab your attacker's left wrist by grabbing your attacker's wrist with your right hand as you step back with your left foot to 6 o'clock into a bow stance.

2. Pull against your attacker's wrist as you execute a right back kick to your attacker's left ribs.

B- (Right Hand Grab to Right Wrist)
1. Counter grab your attacker's right wrist by grabbing outside the wrist with your right hand as you step back to 5 o'clock with your left foot into a right bow stance.

2. Pull against your attacker's wrist as you do a right back kick to your attacker's left ribs.


Returning Dragon- (Flank- Right Shoulder Grab with Left Hand)

1. Pin your attacker's hand to the shoulder with your left hand as you step your left foot to 9 o'clock into a horse stance. Pivot into a soft bow as your right hand executes an extended outward block to the inside of your attacker's left arm.

2. Have your right hand grab the inside of your attacker's left arm.

3. Maintain control of your attacker's arm as you execute a right back kick to your attacker's left ribs.

4. Execute a right back kick to your attacker's knee.


Breaking the Sword- (Front- Handshake)

1. Have your right foot sweep clockwise 135 degrees to 10:30 as your left hand grabs your attacker's hand.

2. Rotate your attacker's arm clockwise so the elbow is facing down and place the elbow over your left shoulder.

3. Pull down with both hands on your attacker's wrist to break the elbow over your left shoulder.

4, Have your left arm keep your right arm over your shoulder and execute a right elbow strike to your attacker's right ribs.


Kenpo Shield- (Step Through Punch)

1. Step your right foot back to 6:30 into a horse stance as you execute a left rising block and your right checks at your ribs.

2. Maintain the high block and pivot into a hard forward bow as you execute a right reverse punch to your attacker's solar plexus or face.


Evasion- (Overhead Club Attack)

1. Step your left foot up to 10:30 into a hard forward bow, while you execute a left inward parry to the wrist of the club hand.

2. Execute a right thrust kick to your attacker's right knee.
