| Remember "Simon Says" in grade school? Same game and one many of the
kids enjoy playing. You can have them hopping up and down in circles
rubbing their stomach and patting their heads. And they will do it until
you say "Sensei says stop!"
It is a quick and easy game to incorporate into the class and you can
have them warm up using it as well.
One caution: to children nearing adolescence, young boys may have an
interest while hopping up and down with their (often developing) female
classmates. You figure it out and hopefully avoid the embarassment. |
