| Description: | Mr. MacDonald received a Shodan rank in Shaolin Kempo in the early 80's. In the mid 80's he started training with Prof. Nick Cerio and received his Shodan, through Yondan ranks training directly under Professor Nick Cerio and opened Nick Cerio's Kenpo Karate in Hudson. In 1995 Mr.MacDonald founded Rising Sun Studios of Self-Defense. He has his own childrens karate system and combined the dynamic kicking routines of TKD into his adult program. Mr. MacDonald currently trains directly under Korean Grandmaster Young Ahn Kwon. Besides teaching practical self-defense at his school, Mr. MacDonald emphasizes physical fitness through conditioning programs. |
